The room was nicer than I expected, very clean and nice view. It was convenient for me because of the conference I attended at Caesars Forum. Food was close by. Location very good if you want to be on the strip. Loved the piano bar!

The room has bugs and spiders. Bed sheets were stained and dirty. Brought this issue up with the front desk and was rude and did not address the tidiness of the room. Will not book here again and want a refund

We were excited to come to this hotel because it was advertise as a luxury boutique hotel in Beverly Hills. It's not when we checked in. We were given our room for two people, and there was no door to the bathroom. My partner requested another room, but was told that they don't have a room available. The other person said all all their rooms don't have bathroom doors. It was very inconvenient. Another huge inconvenience with the parking situation. I believe part of the reason why I chose this hotel was that parking was reasonable only to find out when we checked in that there are no parking on the premises that we had to park to park around the block in an office building and they charge $40 first day . There was no welcome drink as advertised when we checked in . There was no room service. The restaurant was not open nor the bar nor the coffee shop all they have is a water dispenser in the lobby. This is not the luxury Beverly Hills boutique that I expected.

Hotel was great. The only hiccup we came across was there was a evacuation alarm that went off due to a leak but I’d say the hotel staff handled the situation well. I enjoyed how spacious the room was and how there’s restaurants and lots of other things to do at the hotel. Will most definitely be staying here again.
