The air conditioner was broken and we had to call for service several times did not fix the problem. Eventually, on our last night got fixed and they gave us free breakfast to compensate. I wish that was offered by them rather than us asking for it. "

Housekeeping does great job in cleaning n changing towels daily. Would be great if there was a closet to hang clothes. Bus stop for Airport limousine is conveniently located across d hotel, only 2 minutes walk. Thanks Insuk n team for your hospitality "

"It is easy to get to the hotel from Seoul Station, walking distance in about 10 minutes. From KTX or Airport train, go to the subway platform level, find exit #7 on the subway level dan take the elevator before you see the stair (follow the sign "SOULLO"). The elevator will take you to 2nd level which is called SOULLO (overpass bridge with garden). Follow the SOULLO to the right and the Hotel Lobby will be on your left. "

"K Guest Stay Hotel-Myeongdong, South Korea. Is only 5 minutes walk from Myeongdong Night Street Market. It's kind a challenging to find the location in the map. Google map will not working properly in South Korea, you can use Naver Map and Kakao Taxi. The hotel and the room is clean. Small room but convenient "

"Small but pleasant rooms with a big tv, and big bathroom/shower. Staff is super friendly and will give you an adapter for the electric outlets if you ask. Was a lot nicer staying here than a typical cheap budget hotel."
