"Cottage was very clean and well equipped. Host was always available and helpful by text. Plenty of nice amenities, two gaming systems, just bring your own games. Fully equipped docking station for your laptop. Roku TV, and a bluetooth speaker for sitting out on the back deck. Great water pressure, and plenty of hot water. Very peaceful. Restaurants/Walmart/Public/TSC all within a few miles in Dunnellon. "

"Great stay. The unit was very tidy and clean. Nicely decorated. Very responsive host. Comfortable space close to the state park and nearby grocery stores and restaurants in Dunnellon. Beds are soft memory foam. Kitchen is convenient with full amenities. Ample parking on site. Would stay here again. "

"We stayed here previously a few years ago so we knew what to expect. We like the fact that there's no neighbors near us and a very quiet neighborhood. One thing we would suggest is provide more cooking pans and microwavable bowls, etc. Other than that, we have no complaints. "

"The house is very welcoming and has everything needed. The internet was not great but we made due. The pull out couch is not very comfortable but really no pull outs are so it was okay. The home is close to everything we needed and wanted to do. Our grandkids loved the pool and had a fun time tubing on the river. "
