« Was in town for travel ball. Check in was easy, room was super clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious, check out was just as easy. So many restaurants are close by as well. »

My first room had an a/c that sounded like a power washer on the window. The coverlet on the bed was stained and the blanket under it, mildewed and stained. The doors were hand streaked, dirty. « Lavender Creek property was perfect for my visit to East Tennessee. The house was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities needed when traveling. I would stay there again if the opportunity rises. »

« Reservation non respectée! Le prix a été augmenter lors de notre arrivée. La durée du séjour a été écourtée d'une nuit lors de l'enregistrement. L'hôtel est délabrée et malpropre. la piscine non fonctionnelle. Le hall d'entrée est insalubre et l'odeur est dégoutante! Le personnel est indifférent à respecter les termes de la réservation (pourtant effectuée plus de 7 mois auparavent). Nous avons annulés notre réservation sur place. Endroit fortement déconseillé. »
