It is a much more basic property than I thought when I booked. Rooms are basic. Bedding is basic. Outlets for cellphones are poor in the room. But there are other things that help: staff is amazing. Everyone is very nice. Shout out to Maria Jose at the front desk and the ladies on the breakfast area. Everyone is amazing. The Internet is okay. The pool area is very good and the area of the hotel with convenience store and restaurants is walkable.

The one star is for the prime location of this hotel- you only need to cross the road to access the beach, which also has a path for walking and running. The hotel itself boasts of image recognition for guest access to the area leading to the rooms and to the car park. But for all the technology, it’s missing some basic comforts. Although it’s right by the beach, there is no place in the room to hang clothes to dry. In fact, there is barely any space to hang anything. There are some clothes hangers above a little sofa, so you either hang your clothes or use the sofa for sitting. Instead, there is a random large sink taking space in the room. The towels and bed linen look very old and most are stained. The room we stayed in had open sockets with exposed wires, so definitely not suitable for families with toddlers and crawling babies. The bed only had a sheet to cover, so sleeping with the air con on was very cold, but switching it off made the room very hot, so none of us had a good night sleep. Breakfast was the basic expected for a hotel in the northeast of Brazil but not great. I’ve had better in smaller and cheaper pousadas. The checkin was complicated, requiring them to keep a copy of an identification document for each guest, including the children. You have to pay for using the hotel car park. I could go on. Yes, the rooms are spacious and the beds are big, but this hotel is a far cry from the 4 star it claims to be.

O quarto foi bem longe da entrada do hotel, lá no final! O atendimento da recepção não gostei, muita demora, praticamente exigindo que se deixe o carro no estacionamento e mais pago, 15,00 por noite, achei caro. Tbm não gostei do tratamento da recepção, se eu esperei mais de 1h pra ser atendido então pq não esperarem eu tirar minhas coisas do carro pra poder tirar o carro da frente do hotel! Eu cheio de bolsas e c uma criança e uma esposa, mas nem estavam preocupados com minha situação, então o mínimo é me esperar até eu terminar e pronto! O café da manhã gostei! Eu não voltaria voltaria mais pra lá! Resumindo, foi boa apenas! Já fui pra melhores!

Cheguei mais tarde que o horário do checkin. Não havia funcionário na recepção. O funcionário do condomínio tentou localizar o responsável que estava "sumido". Depois de bastante tempo de espera ele apareceu e nos tratou mal. Disse não encontrar a reserva da hoteis.com e que se quiséssemos nos hospedar teríamos que pagar em dinheiro ou então não entraríamos. Foi super grosseiro. Devido a muita insistência e provar com prints e inclusive com o comprovante do cartão de crédito (fatura), ele decidiu nos liberar e conseguimos entrar no quarto. Observação: Após colocar tudo no quarto precisamos ir na conveniência do lado de fora do prédio. Como não havia sido feito o reconhecimento facil por parte dele e ele sumiu NOVAMENTE, ficamos novamente do lado de fora do prédio gritando e batendo pra tentar entrar de volta no "hotel". Enfim, no dia seguinte fizemos a reclamação diretamente com a responsável que informou que "iria apurar".. nesse momento não há mais o que fazer, pois já haviamos sofrido o tratamento indevido.

O Flat é bom, amplo e muito bem localizado, mas a cama nao era confortável e apresentava deformacao no colchão, apesar de ser um flat e ter o espaço de uma mini cozinha faltava o básico como copos, não tinha nenhum. O café da manhã era simples mas bom. Estacionamento pago a parte.

O hotel é razoável. Tem uma localização excelente mas deixa muito a desejar em termos de manutenção . Falta uma administração presente. Os funcionários até tentam resolver esses problemas com muito boa vontade, mas falta condições para eles sanarem os problemas. O café da manhã sempre excelente. A limpeza deixa muito a desejar e a hotelaria é realmente o ponto muito fraco. Nunca vi um hotel de pelo menos 3 estrelas só trocar a roupa de cama e principalmente as toalhas de 3 em 3 dias! E isso foi avisado no checkinn. E como fiquei 7 noites, na troca o lençol estava rasgado. Se tiverem cuidados com a manutenção o hotel ficará ótimo para umas férias excelentes !

Hotel com manutenção muito ruim, sem TV e sem água quente por 1 dia. Lâmpadas que não acendem na acomodação. Alguns recepcionistas nada cordiais. A localização é boa, mas deixa a desejar como hotel, já que funciona como flat e moradia, tudo misturado.
