Hotel is located in the main square. Perfect location for exploring Krakow. Great accomodation and staff very friendly. Breakfast was good, the only downside was no fresh milk available for cereal/tea/coffee. I would definitely recommend the hotel for a few nights break based on price, convenience and overall value.

It’s a 3 star hotel with a 5 star staff, and a great location! It isn’t the most modern. You actually use a key to get in the room, or the fanciest, but the staff are really friendly, knowledgeable and take pride in their work. It’s close to restaurants, the main square, a flee market type of place, coffee shops and the streetcar. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone. If I return to Krakow I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful fresh breakfast buffet included. Personal omelette. Top class. The bedroom was a small suite. Very comfortable. And the shower? Powerful, hot, phenomenal. Simple faucet. The staff were very helpful. Offered me a boxed breakfast for the early morning departure.

A good breakfast, slightly on the expensive side. Staff friendly and helpful. Very confortable bed and pleasant room. TV had CNN, but would have preferred BBC News. Very convenient for getting to the old town, and near to the central station for travel by train to and from the airport.
