Jericó Vacation Packages

The atmosphere was so peaceful I booked two extra nights just to unwind.

Stayed there over the weekend as a solo traveler. The location is very convenient and the hotel is nice. Customer service is amazing there.

Wonderful place, very comfortable, great customer service just don’t get the airport transportation offered as it is more expensive than getting a regular Uber. Location is great and overall fantastic

Firstly, I want to say a big thank you to all the hotel staff. Many people whose names I can not recall, but they are all above and beyond friendly, helpful, professional and a joy to see every day. A big thank you to Patricia and Román for always looking after us. Patricia made sure I had enough to eat and took care of my terrible migraine. Paid attention to me every day and I appreciate her very much. Román also ensured that my mother was looked after and that we knew where to go and were safe. Everyone at reception was so lovely to see every day and they did everything to make our stay feel warm and welcome. The hospitality kitchen staff were so good to see in the mornings and the soup is fantastic. They also make a pretty darn good cocktail! All the cleaners do a fabulous job and every day our room was secure and beautifully taken care of. The hotel is located just a little uphill from a nice part of town and is surrounded by beautiful trees and vegetation. Every morning I could hear the birds singing while I drank a great cup of coffee, before I started my day. Very nicely detailed hotel. The building is chić and nicely decorated. There is always someone available to help you and make your day better than the one before. Definitely a big thank you to all the staff. I would definitely come back just to see the staff. The people who work there make the hotel a wonderful place to stay.
