« L’expérience dans cet hotel a été assez mauvaise. La chambre n’était pas très propre et certains éléments ne fonctionnaient pas correctement ( pomme de douche, connexion internet, interrupteur). Le lieu était bruyant à cause de la mauvaise isolation entre les chambres et le couloir et la présence d’une grande route à proximité. Les transports sont à proximité et heureusement car le quartier n’est pas très attractif. Le personnel n’est pas vraiment concerné lorsqu’on demande des informations...

« J'ai apprécié mon séjour au dream hotel, un hotel assez agréable où vivre pendant une semaine de vacances. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, serviables. Le quartier est plutôt calme, avec des commodités dans les alentours (supermarché, restaurants etc). Je ne regrette pas du tout d'y être restée. »

"The room was modern and the amenities were very practical (safe, mini fridge, and gym accessible at all hours). The staff was professional and friendly (especially the team that helped us with hot water on our first night). The location is very accessible, with the Metro line 7 to New York just a 7-minute walk away and a shopping center right across from the hotel. The housekeeping service was perfect, thank you! However, we did have a few "problems." When we arrived, we found a dry yellow stain on the toilet seat (we had cleaning wipes, but it was very visible...) and when we asked for a change of towels, one was covered in bloodstains. We showed the photos to the receptionist, who apologized. We found the breakfast very incomplete: bagels and slices of bread with only cream cheese, butter, or peanut butter as toppings... no ham, cucumber, or tomatoes. There were no hand towels and no cold water (which is important for people who don't want coffee, tea, or juice). There were steamed buns, which provided something substantial, as well as bananas. The breakfast manager made sure that everything was replenished. Our stay went well and I recommend this hotel, which, apart from the minor issues we encountered, met our expectations!"

"La chambre était grande et spacieuse, le lit très bien. Par contre impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres dans cet établissement et notamment dans la chambre. Obligé de mettre la Clim pour refroidir la chambre en pleins hiver, de ce fait air ambiant très assèché qui nous a rendu malade. Les installations sont correctes. Le petit dej’ est très basique, pas vraiment de choix et de basse qualité."
