In floor heating; no noisy AC unit.
Nice grounds to walk with our dog (pet friendly).
Host provided outside movie and got a fire going.
Hot breakfast (scrambled & sausage) plus good fruit, cottage cheese, yoghurt with usual coffee and selection of teas.
Friendly staff who want to help.
Property is well off the road and so peaceful. Restaurants are 5-8 mins away but parking is challenging as these are popular.

Farmhouse Inn is a premium inn, but it is worth it! From our arrival and check-in through check out, everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The food - both the included breakfasts and dinner - was delicious. Chocolate chip cookies were as good as reported on the website.
