Jeffersonville Vacation Packages

Before we even checked in the person at the front desk gave me my room key and asked me go up and check the room out and see if I wanted to stay there. I've never had that happen before, but I'm thankful that she had me do it. There were tufts of pet hair in the room, some of the floor tiles were cracked and most troubling of all there were black spots on in the toilet bowl that I believe was mold. Needless to say we chose not to stay there. I am very thankful that she had us check the place out first... I imagine she has had people chose not to stay and demand their money back before.

BEST FRONT DESK AWARD: We've been fortunate to stay recently Chicago's Drake and Memphis' Peabody, but Cincinnati's Voco has them both beat when it comes to their front desk staffs! This Ohio IHG property has excellent rooms -- bed and bathroom are exceptional!

This hotel is outdated. Our room had the slightest hint of a smokey smell...even though I know these are non-smoking rooms, as all hotels are now...the carpets/window treatments probably have not been replaced in a very long time! And I just happen to have the nose of a bloodhound! So yea, it felt dingy to me. And after all of the reviews about the noise during the school year, should our daughter end up at Miami, I probably would not book here again during the school year. We visited in summer...so we did not have the bar noise, but we did hear the garbage trucks and the dumpsters early in the morning! So the reviews on that are very accurate. The parking was not an issue, I made sure my SUV would fit...I guess standard height for garage ceilings? I saw a pick up truck in there, so he made it! The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming, no issues there. Location IS great...which makes up for their outdated rooms I suppose. Was nice to park once and walk around town.

When I first walked into the room the bathroom had a bleach smell which was very comforting to know it was clean. There was coffee available in the lobby which made me very happy. And the staff was very understanding and accommodating. I would stay here again!
