« Had a wonderful stay in Athens this weekend. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 as we celebrated our oldest’s graduation from UGA. We had my 82 year old mother with us so we needed space that was quiet and comfortable. It was a busy few days and having such a great “home base” was incredibly helpful. Because of the crowds downtown we ate at home for all our meals and the kitchen was well stocked. He had everything we needed. We loved the backyard area - enjoying a cocktail in the evening...

« Check-in was a breeze. The house and property could use a deep cleaning practically in the vents. Worked well for our family of five where we could attend baseball tournament in the area and I could still work remotely. Loved all the deer coming to visit us. »

« The house is in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to shopping, restaurants and UGA. The house was very comfortable with a large back patio. Of the 3 bedrooms only 1 has a closet and only 1 bedroom had a bench where a suitcase could be placed. A couple of luggage racks and maybe over the door hanging rack would help. One bedroom, not the bedroom with the closet, had an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms shared a large hall bath. We managed just fine with the closet situation, but...

« I loved the property location, very central!!! The place was in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Did not expect that!!! It felt safe being there. The property was very accurate and easy to find. The only take away was that the upstairs floors were a bit squeaky and the secondary bathroom had a moldy shower curtain. « Beautiful house, feels brand new with lots of space and privacy. It was perfect for our group of 4, though could have had several more people and still feel like there was plenty of space. The outdoor fireplace was a highlight for our group. The only thing to note is that is quite minimally furnished which makes it feel very clean and comfortable, but we could have used a baking sheet and perhaps some more plates. But that's very minor and overall we had a fantastic stay. »
