A dream stay for our family of four and such a steal! This property was truly a dream come true for our family of four two adults and two young girls. The space was spotless, beautifully arranged, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were cozy and gave us great rest after long days out. The amenities were outstanding: from the spacious layout to the stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. Even though we don’t speak Portuguese, the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. We felt welcome, safe, and taken care of the entire time it was an absolute honor to stay here. There were great food options around, and we appreciated the local tips. And the price? Let me tell you a total bargain for the quality and experience. We would love to return and recommend it 100% to anyone traveling with kids or looking for comfort, beauty, and value.

Excellent staff, good room, the breakfast was not so great.

A litttle bit dissappointed by the fact we asked for a room in high floor and they gave us a room in the 10th floor. Knowing that there is 23 floors…..

The room was fantastic, the staff was amazing, the people that i went with really enjoyed the stay there. Breakfast was amazing there, the room service food was great.

Check in very good, Room service terrible. I asked for a Burger and ketchup. Bacon was extra cooked and Ketchup never arrived... Not even after I complained. Very disappointing... Apart from that my stay was good, rooms are very good and front desk very friendly.
