Everything that was within their control was amazing! They were all very helpful with giving us information about possible things to do, where to eat and with issues that we had with the water situation that they are having in Puerto Rico. I would definitely stay there again in a different occasion.

The biggest issue — the sheets were incredibly pilly polyester. I can confidently say these were the worst sheets I have ever slept on and made me feel itchy and ick. I went downstairs and was able to get a new set of sheets that didn’t have the fabric disease but I ended up putting the sheets on myself since it was later at night. The location and beach are fabulous. The place seems a little overpriced for the quality of the hotel. I would have been immensely happy paying 150-200.

"The pictures are not a true likeness of the property. It is an open air lobby, restaurant, bar design so the only air conditioning is in your hotel room. That seems to be misrepresented in photos.
