The condo was clean but somewhat shabby. However, I would return. My only real complaint was the furniture on the balcony. It was rickety and not conducive to sitting on the balcony. I would suggest a small outdoor couch or a couple of comfortable chairs. I was looking forward to sitting on the balcony and reading. Also, the toaster doesn’t work properly. Only toasts one side. There was a flimsy beach umbrella that fell apart when I opened it. Not a surprise because it wasn't sturdy enough to withstand even a light wind. There were no beach towels that I could find. Chandelier missing light bulbs, broken microwave, windows so dirty that the only good view of the ocean is from the balcony, elevator works sometimes but not others, keypad entry to the property often malfunctions. Marci with Vacasa Management did what a Good Management should and did not charge us for the 1 night. The unit was clean and did not disappoint.
