Beautiful Oceanfront Condo With Breathtaking Beach Views

One of the southernmost Sea Islands, Amelia Island is an amazing vacation destination that embraces the natural beauty of northern Florida.

This completely updated one bedroom, one bathroom condominium is situated directly on the sandy beach of this lovely oceanfront property. Minutes away is a full scale grocery store, offering all that you may need, including wine and beer.

This unit is located on the third floor of the 'C' Building at the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club. It is situated next to the end unit on the south end of the property, which offers sweeping views both up and down the ocean front stretch of Amelia Island. Our balcony provides amazing views to the North, oceanfront, and a great view to the South. The recently updated kitchen and dining area offers a beautiful seascape from the expansive picture windows overlooking the beach.

The Amelia Surf & Racquet Club is a gated complex which offers two beautiful swimming pools overlooking the ocean and four clay tennis courts for use on a 24 hour basis.

Our unit is located on the premier south end of the Island. The exclusive Ritz-Carlton is a stroll away on the beach, offering casual and fine dining. If golf is your passion, enjoy any of the six golf courses on the Island, including the world-renowned Golf Club of Amelia Island and the Ocean Links at Amelia Island Plantation. The charming and historic village of Fernandina offers world-class restaurants, unique shopping experiences, specialty boutiques, and an endless array of activities.

Perfect solo vacation spot

Loved my week at Amelia Island in this unit! It was perfect for a solo vacation. Everything was exactly as described. Check in and out were very easy. I was a little worried about the gate but they made that so easy by sending the app info ahead of my arrival. I appreciated that this unit was an end building and not so close to the pool. Still an easy walk to the pool! But I imagine some of the other balconies in closer proximity didn’t have quite the privacy and quietness of this unit. Balcony chairs were so comfy for hours of reading and watching early morning surfers. The bed was also very comfy. The unit has everything you need! Everything! I can’t think of any suggestions to make it better. I hope I’ll get to come back!

Second Time Around!

We've fallen even harder for this condo, building, and island! The view is so captivating, the two rainy days were still beautiful. During our two-week stay, we enjoyed the beach, A. L. Lewis Museum, Burney Park, and the bike path. Will rebook for next year.
