« Staff wasn’t very friendly. Over priced for a crappy hotel. It seemed as if the hotel didn’t have but a handful of clients. I arrived early and was over charged for an early check in fee. That’s really bad bc it wasn’t like they had to go clean the room quickly! The room had a musty odder. Small tv. The sheets were stained. Crappy small bathroom towels. I had to ask for extra pillows bc they only gave two for a king bed. It took about 10 minutes for the water to get hot enough for a shower. I...

« Arrêt d'une nuit sur la route entre Atlanta et Macon. facile d'accès , à la sortie du highway. Nous en avons profité pour faire du shopping aux magasins Outlet. Accueil sympathique. Nous avions choisi un king size et un canapé-lit ( 3 personnes), mais celui-ci n'étant pas en très bon état, nous avons demandé à changer et cela a été fait immédiatement ! Bon petit-déjeuner »

« The front reception and staff was phenomenal and the staff was ver accommodating, professional, and did their best to make our stay wonderful. Unfortunately, the room had several insects and the bathtub had a ring around it or as they would say it lost the finish that would allow the dirt not to stick to the tub. We ended up leaving and went to a new hotel. I didnt ask for a refund i just know better next time. »

« When i got to the hotel, the checking in process was very easy and the man behind the counter was very chatty. He was very nice. When i got to my room, although it was like any other standard room i had been in, the front door had been bashed in so that needed fixing and the entire room could have done with a jolly good paint as there were lots of chips taken out and in the bathroom it was the same down the door and walls. « Very clean nice hotel. Comfortable. Staff very friendly. The only negative comment I would give is the I 20 interstate on the back side of the hotel is very loud. I urge you to ask for a room facing the front of the hotel. Probably wouldn’t stay if they refused to accommodate my request. »

« Coffee was in hotel lobby. Good. Some packag ed min muffins also. Rooms were ok. Bed was comfortable. No ice in machine. My hairdryer didnt work. Small tear in carpet between bedroom and bathroom. Caught my sock on the the tacking that held it down. »
