Jackpot Vacation Packages

It was nice that I was moved to another affiliated hotel after a flood at Red Garter…that was suppose to be an upgrade “Nugget” but it is very dated with stains on the carpet. The heater also did not work so the room was very cold. I mentioned it at checkout and the clerk acted like he didn’t hear me. I never stayed at the Red Garter but if The Nugget is an upgrade I have to really consider whether the low price is worth it. I didn’t contact the desk to check the heater as it was 11pm and figured no one could do anything.

The room and the bathroom were much larger than we expected.

Spotless, and amazing, very high end!!!

The people at the coffee shop in the hotel were rude and acted like we were bothering them.

The room was nothing special but we at least had a decent view. There could be improvement on their customer service. The young lady who checked us in was slurping her Starbucks drink while talking to us. There's also construction going on so there was only 1 elevator available for the area we were in. Not recommended if traveling with an elderly person or anyone who may have difficulty walking.
