« Impression très négative. Bonne cuisine, et service soigné, mais hôtel non adapté à des voyageurs non japonais. Tous les informations sont en japonais, et il n'y a qu'une proportion minime du personnel que comprend correctement l'anglais. L'hôtel est présenté comme "sea side ressort" mais si on est pas golfeur japonais on ne voit pas la mer. Etablissement très décevant, vivant sur sa réputation passée, à éviter absolument. »

« The staff was friendly, and although the hotel was a bit old, it was clean and well-maintained, so there were no inconveniences. The ocean view from the room and open-air hot spring in the large public bath was truly wonderful. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was extremely slow, but overall, it was an accommodation I would love to visit again. »
