I booked this property after looking at Expedia reviews but before I looked at Google reviews. After reading them on Google, I was a bit freaked out to stay here. Overall, I feel like they are on the right track. My guess is Hilton bought and is renovating an older hotel. The lobby was gorgeous and the staff friendly. The pool itself was just fine but there were a lot of dirty towels just laying on the floor. Our room appeared to have been updated but parts of it still did not have that. The bathroom walls, switches and outlets were dirty and the carpet was stained. The toilet and sinks were clean. Overall, a 3/5 and on the right track but needs some work still.

"While the property was very nice, there was an area of concern. I used the spa and was not happy becaise of a hugh volumn of soap suds/foam. Now I know other guests are not as considerate about rinsing their swim wear BUT, I have not been in a spa that was this bad EVER. So, I wonder is the spa cleaned ..."
