"The staff was amazing, however I left the amenities available were misleading. For example, the laundry machine. In order to use the self- serve laundry machine you have to purchase a $59.99 per night loyalty/gold standard. This gives you access to free drinks at particular establishments, games, laundry, and community kitchen. However, I wasn't aware of this until after getting to the hotel and being told this information. For those who see self-serve laundry service available, just note it comes with a$59.99 per night fee. Additionally, the basic stay only comes with a room that has a bed and restroom/shower, no mini fridge, no coffee maker, no amenities that a majority of hotels offer."

"Place was ok this time. I've stayed there before. The elevators and hallways smelled of weed. Housekeeping did not turn over our room, so we asked for towels when we got back after being out all day. Bed is comfortable. Room is ok."
