« This place was amazing, I love the rustic look it gave. Karl was great at communicating with us from start to finish. This was my husband and mine get away before he got back on the road so we just wanted some alone time. Only issue and it was a big one was the AC wasnt working. I called Karl and he responded in a timely manner and made arrangements to have it fixed that day. Unfortunately, it stop working again and since it was just for two night stay we managed through it. « Very comfortable - beds were soft, sheets were great and water pressure was nice. There was a problem with city drains so the parking lot was flooded a couple nights, which caused a lot of dirt to be tracked into the unit, but this wasn't a problem with the rental. Location was close to everything we needed. »

« The property listed a queen size bed which would work for my child and I. It was at most a full size bed. When you walk up to the place the hall was so dark need cell flash light to put code in for the key. The place reeked of urine it was so strong. Advertised old 1950 building and the furniture matched theme with tape holding cushion to chair. There was what looked like exposed wiring in the kitchen, good thing we didnt bring the dogs. The bedroom had a rug that was a tripping hazard almost...

« The modern decor, cleanliness (comfortable bedding) and proximity to the beach was very nice. Unfortunately there was road construction right next to the property and parking was very tight. Units below us had odors that wafted up and loud music was played past midnight. Communicating with the manager seemed to be via AI and did not feel personal although they were responsive. Bath fixtures were coming off the wall and they had insect spraying scheduled during our stay which was not ideal but we...

"Nous avons vu deux coquerelles dans la chambre une à notre arrivée toute petite, nous ne savions pas que c’était ça. On s’est installé pour dormir. Et peu avant 23h, un autre insecte qu’on a vu sortir de sous le divan. Divan qui avait été recouvert de tissus bon marché sale, et troué aussi. J’ai défendu les enfants de s’asseoir dessus. De longs cheveux noirs restants dans la douche à notre arrivée. Nous entendons les gens marcher et courir en pleine nuit en haut et le plafond en crépi tombait du plafond près de l’entrée… Nous n’avions jamais été dans un endroit aussi désagréable à rester et peur de traîner ces bestioles jusqu’à chez nous…. Ne mérite pas son 7,8/10…. Vraiment décevant pour notre voyage pour le prix! Nous avons par contre apprécié le fait qu’il y ait deux chambres et le personnel sympathique. "
