Here were their comments. There were a few things that could have been better - there was dirt under the small ottomans, and we found a beetle in the bed. Additionally, the upstairs guests were quite loud after 9 PM on two nights, which disrupted our sleep.On a positive note, the blackout curtains in the bedrooms were fantastic, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The laundry facilities and refrigerator were very convenient, and parking was super easy, which we appreciated.With a bit of attention to detail, this place could be even better. It was very clean and well appointed with cookware and linens. The location was great, only a few blocks walk to the lovely beach park. The property manager was very responsive and answered questions promptly, even when messaged after 10:00pm. They also helped walk us through directions via telephone when checking in after dark and had difficulty finding the parking area. The listing uses the term “duplex” to describe the property so I was expecting a side-by-side type unit. It seemed to be a converted garage maybe, with upper and lower apartments. Not a huge problem for us, but we could hear the upstairs tenants. I don’t believe they were being excessively loud. We also went to Busch Gardens during our stay and it’s also only 30 mins away so that was nice. The apartment was probably a little small for our family but we didn’t have a super long stay and were mainly there to sleep. The washer and dryer in the unit was also really great to have after being at the beach all day. The host provided great dining options too, we tried a few of them and was not disappointed.
