"The photos did not match the room we got! The staff were great. The location was perfect. The room… a bit scary; in desperate need of a renovation. Maybe some rooms look like the advertising but our certainly did NOT!"

"Great staff great place wished we had booked the spa earlier it was fully booked by the time we arrived also did not know it was animal friendly but that was fine"

"We had a good night sleep! A nice corner room m, tidy and quiet. Breakfast time was too busy with a noisy tourist group messing around. Staff did their best to sort them out. Good parking and location high above town so be a steady walker if you want to walk down the hill."
