Shizuka-san, the front desk worker was so happy to answer all my questions in both English and Japanese. I would return based on her incredible host service!"

"Its a little secluded hotel with 10 rooms tucked in the hills of Ishigaki. The staff were great and check in was easy. The animals on site were cute, but the parrot's day cage is too small. The room was huge and had great amenities if you wanted to cook a small meal. The balcony was large and had a view of the ocean. We'll definitely stay here again."

"We had a wonderful time at the hotel, the beaches are some of the best in the world, all to yourselves. The food was always enjoyable with each meal being freshly prepared on site. Our stay was made extra special by the wonderful hosts who were so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. While the property is not the a five star hotel, the views (at night as well), silent surroundings, and food were perfect and we would absolutely stay here again!"

"My wife and I stayed at the property four nights. Arriving to the property was very easy via the hotel shuttle. It’s a quick ride to the hotel, about 25 minutes. The hotel staff were very warm and welcoming when we arrived, a short time before checkin. Anyone who did not speak English, found someone who did. The pool was ideal for children and adults, the beach was clear and calm. Imagine Hawaii, but it’s Japan’s version. The drinks were nice at the bar. The rooms were quite spacious. The gym...

"The view was excellent from the 7th floor Teeda Tower. Our double room was enormous compared to any other hotel we’ve stayed at in Japan. I love how they offer fresh drinks and towels daily. The onsite onsen was a nice feature. I didn’t love the restaurant, the old-times CFL lighting or the fact that having our room cleaned was going to cost extra."

"Convenient location ~ 5 min walk from the ferry terminal (which also has a bus stop for the shuttle bus from the airport). Standard (excellent) breakfast buffet. You can borrow a beach towel, and then just drop it in a bin in the lobby (very helpful for beach trips). Good wifi. Complimentary ice pops and juice available in the lobby. "
