Buildings nearby are quiet so really great to stay. It's a winner for all guests. Overall a great hotel with an open bar for happy hour between 5 and 8pm. A couple of the parking spots could be better for lower ride cars. But generally parking is easy . Be aware of the one way street though! I LOVE roast beef made by Ishigaki gyu as a breakfast buffet. I had never eaten such a delicious one. I wanted to buy it, so I asked a staff, but it is made in own kitchen so I couldn’t. Beds and mattresses are not of the best quality and I couldn't sleep well this time. More importantly, air conditioning doesn't work properly and is very noisy. I can understand that cheap AC has been installed in the rooms to achieve low prices but it might be good to consider changing them as they get old. Also, one disappointing point this time is that there was no more bread fore breakfast. There used to be a small bread section for breakfast (very limited choice though...) and I was disappointed to see that it was gone this time.
