They rent bikes and are only 15 mins away from Kabira Observation point. Staff are super attentive, the buffet dinner was tasty and varied. My hotel room was immaculate. Would say there’s a few bugs about (geckos, huntsman spiders) - but to be expected in a jungle based villa and very worth it for the view. The staff were very helpful in coming over quickly to help with any bug issues. The bay is sheltered so even on windy days the bay is relatively calm. It is an older hotel which also shows wear, but this did not take away from our stay. The staff were very helpful but English aabilotoes vary amongst staff so we did have a few misunderstandings. The dining room had a beautiful overlook of the bay but was a bit cafeteria like. Breakfast and dinner were OK, but lunch really great. The beach hut offers various rentals and snorkelling trips. Good food, good aircon, comfortable large rooms facing the sea, convenient parking. It was bigger than expected, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Beautiful location and beach. The main hotel itself and the common areas are very dated. I can definitely recommend going there. Everything was clean and staff was always friendly and helpful.
