Very poor service in restaurant, meat was overcooked. However the worst was the lack of service even factoring in Italian culture that a meal is to be enjoyed not rushed. Their service just seemed oblivious to their responsibilities.

We booked this hotel for our 1 year wedding anniversary and so glad we chose Hotel Bellevue. The hotel itself was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed but the best part by far was the staff. Everyone from the hotel manager to the housekeepers were so friendly and welcoming and nothing was ever too much. We were made to feel like family and they ensured our stay was everything we could have dreamed of.

Beautiful place and excellent staff. Dinner was superb and espresso martinis were excellent. A very enjoyable stay. If I have to say a negative it is a drive back into the city but the shuttle drivers have nerves of a steel and they are on time with their schedule.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Cristina for our week in Sorrento. The staff were so lovely and friendly, particularly those serving at all the meal times - nothing was a problem and they always greeted us with a smile. The views were spectacular and our room was very clean and comfortable. We also really appreciated the free shuttle to and from the station - it was easy to book via WhatsApp and they happily helped with luggage. Overall we'd recommend this hotel as a fantastic stay for an Amalfi Coast holiday.

Staff was exceptional! Parking is safe and wonderful to have next to hotel. Breakfast was amazing, served near the lovely pool. Hotel is quiet and perfectly located near the town square. Our room was small but lovely and had a beautiful view, there are bigger rooms. This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful town.
