"Loved this place! Staff was amazing and very accommodating. Beach was like two minutes from the property.by foot. It had a spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom big, the room was great. Would’ve liked at least a dresser with drawers to put away my things. Other than that it was great. Definitely will stay here again."

"This house is a lively beach house with wooden floors and a wooden outdoor patio with chairs. My family and I loved how close we were to everything, st Armand’s circle, siesta key beach, a Publix is 6 minutes away. And so many restaurants to choose from! I am happy to have stayed there. The house was as described in the listing, the only thing was that it smelled like dusty furniture for a couple days and the house made noises at night when we were trying to sleep."

"One of the most outstanding properties we have ever rented. Perfect for my birthday celebration !! ( including a cake and champagne left by the host) Dave, our property manager, did an outstanding job. Great communication, incredibly clean and comfortable and the views were spectacular. The beach chairs and bikes were put to good use and the pool was perfect . 100 stars. What are you waiting for??? , book this property.. you will not be disappointed!!"

"We had such a great stay for our first family vacation! This place was perfect for our little kids. We loved that the pool could only be accessed through the front gate or master bedroom, so it was easy to keep the kids away from it until pool time.The house had everything we needed, including beach towels, umbrellas, and a beach wagon, which made going to the beach so easy! The kitchen was also awesome and had everything we needed to cook.The beach was beautiful with the softest white sand, and everything was so walkable. Michael was also such a kind and hospitable host. We really couldn’t have asked for a better family getaway!"

"Check in was easy with detailed instructions, the property was clean, location was good, and there were many “easy to forget” items stocked like q-tips, sunscreen, plus anything you might need for the beach. Short drive to the Ringling museum (art museum admission is free on Mondays!), Save our Seabirds, and Selby botanical garden in downtown Sarasota. We are ATL botanical garden members and received free admission which was a major bonus. We dined at the broken egg, sun garden cafe, Baja grill, and old salty dog, all of which were a short walk away. Our family loved staying here and we would definitely return in the future. We went to the beach and pool almost every single day. My husband and daughter kept saying “best vacation ever!”"
