"The property has been updated beautifully and my room was clean and welcoming. Minimal carpet is a big plus. The private balcony was my favorite place to enjoy breakfast. Will definitely visit again!"

"The good: staff was over the top friendly, cheerful, helpful, couldn’t do enough for you. The restaurant Drift is amazing. Bar is great, food is excellent, service above and beyond. The not so good: Beach chairs are reserved at 7am when they open but aren’t physically sat in until 10:30-11:00. We got to the beach at 8:30 and got chairs but not along the waters edge while we watched the chairs in front of us sitting empty for 3 hours. Doesn’t seem right or fair to me. Our room was immaculate however we were given a 1st floor standard room with no view - shame on me for using Hotels.com and not understanding which building my room was in. We were in the older building and it was noisy as the occupants above us were stomping around late into the night. Always ask for the NEW tower when booking a room. Our room was equipped with a full kitchen which was a surprise but of no use to us for a one night stay. It’s a fantastic family oriented resort and I highly recommend it for families with young children. "

"The property was recently renovated and everything was brand new and clean. The unit was well-equipped, very comfortable and located a walkable distance to Lido beach and St. Armands Circle. We appreciated that the owners provided beach chairs and towels, a beach umbrella and a coffee maker with plenty of K-Cups. The owners were very responsive when we had a question. We would definitely rent this unit again. "

"Everything was excellent, from check in to check out. The hosts were incredible and the unit exceeded our expectations in cleanliness and location. This rental is highly recommended as it is very close to the beach and center of siesta key restaurants. "

"This was the best rental value we have had. They have put a lot of work in to remodel. We had so much space. It’s just like the pictures and amenity listing. With trolley stops nearby it was great to get about the key. Just needs a toaster as next purchase. The host and property manager were both very responsive. "
