Great place to stay in Iquique
Comfortable hotel, well situated for local restaurants, with lovely views of the bay and convenient basement parking. Complimentary welcome drink (pisco sour) was a nice touch. Only downside was that they seemed a bit challenged when it came to towels: it took 20 mins for new towels to be supplied to the pool (we were not the only ones waiting, so probably longer), and we also needed to ask for bathroom towels as none supplied when the room was made up in the morning. But overall we greatly enjoyed out stay.

Nice hotel with too many restrictions
FYI they have lots of hidden charges & don’t operate under same rules as Hilton Garden Inn Locations in the states.

Maybe the best hotel in town...
Bedding was great, did not miss my pillow. Buffet breakfast was very good. Do not really need much else of what this hotel offers you. An ocean front location would have make it perfect but the ocean view from the room was ok.

Best in Iquique
Stayed at suite for 5nights. Staffs were so friendly and helpful, spoke great English. Location was really great, close to the beach, good restaurants, shopping area, but away from downtown touristic crowds. Definitely recommend Hilton for all visitors in Iquique. Compared to Terado, room was more spacious and had more privacy.

Much less than expected.
This hotel has much less than what you can expect. Cleanning lady walked into our room three times without kocking first. Men were fixing things outside our window on a Sunday at 7 am. Ammenities are not as you would expect for a Hilton hotel. When we were leaving, their system was down so they asked me if they could e-mail the copy of the bill. I have not received it yet after a day, and there is no contact e-mail in the Internet to contact them.

Brand new hotel, very modern, great location. Restaurant food was very good. Great location...walk to beach as well as other restaurants nearby.

Quiero destacar el servicio de Faviola Lagos quien esta a cargo de la limpieza del piso 9. Una persona muy cortez, educada y con muy buena disposición. Mis Felicitaciones a ella!! La comida del restaurante muy deficiente. La mayoria de las comidas sin sabor. Tuvimos que salir en general a comer afuera.

Hotel que no vale su precio, la piscina solo funciona los finde de semana, sabado no habian toallas, tampoco reposeras, el aseo de la habitación tuvimos que decirles que lo hicieran bien , todos muy amables pero necesitan mas entrenamiento El desayuno esta bien, en la habitación solo un agua y eramos 2, hotel mediocre no lo recomiendo

Uno de los mejores hoteles en Iquique, muy limpio y bien ubicado. Excelente disposición de las chicas que atienden la recepción y del personal en general. Totalmente recomendable.

Piscina abre entre 7 y 22 horas. Pregunté 3 veces u fui 2 días, no se cumple standard. Compre su gorra de natación- lo hice, pero la borracha que fumaba en la piscina no- cero standard. Reclamo en recepción- cero acción

El aseo malo, habían un zapatos que no nos pertenecía del huésped anterior y estuvieron ahí por 3 días, yo los vi porque corrí el sillón por casualidad. Al bañarse el agua se sale y se moja todo el baño. Lo peor es encontrar las bandejas de comida a la salida de la habitación todo los días y no las retiran hasta el otro día incluso reclamando un día 2 veces, muy poco higiénico.

Hotel que no recomiendo mal olor en la habitación
-En recepción, me estaban cobrando el importe del desayuno, que ya estaba incluido en el valor de la reservación -La habitación no tiene ventilación natural para que el aire se cambie de forma natural, al llegar se siente mucho olor a humedad -Las almohadas de muy mala calidad -Me duche y el agua filtraba por todos lados -El ascensor muy lento, justo cuando lo quisimos ocupar para bajar, llegaron muchos trabajadores y el ascensor no paro nunca, tuvimos que bajar por las escaleras con muchas personas que la estaban ocupándolas para bajar y además al parecer es un punto para fumar, asqueroso el olor en esa caja de escala, -En el estacionamiento cae agua por todos lados (limpia y servidas ) En conclusión no vale el cobro versus servicios No volveré a este hotel y por ningún motivo recomendarlo

la pieza esta bien , quise usar la piscina y no esta habilitada, sin embargo todas las fotos son con piscina , la pandemia ya no es excusa ( iquique esta en fase 4) , el restaurant sirve de mala gana ( como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor.....) limpieza bien .... Creo que como la ocupacion hotelera de iquique esta al tope no hacen ningun esfuerzo para atender al cliente y de verdad que se nota...

Lamentablemente la recepción dice mucho de un hotel, tuvimos la pésima suerte de toparnos con una recepcionista sin ganas de trabajar ni ser cordial. El hotel posee un olor a aguas servidas en el recibidor y estacionamiento, room service mediocre, sólo opcion de 2 sándwich, jugos y cervezas.
