My room was lovely and pretty large. The bathroom was nice. The shower was good, however the thermostat/on/off handle was a bit dodgy and took a little fiddling. Breakfast was good. Good selection.

The Glenmoriston Townhouse Hotel was a lovely place to stay in Inverness. Its location on the banks of the River Ness is perfect for exploring the city on foot. The staff, in particular Lisa, the front desk receptionist, and the restaurant hostess, were very professional, welcoming and helpful. The room was well appointed and clean with a very comfortable bed. The hotel also has a very nice bar and restaurant. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast. We staff provided great service in a relaxing, romantic setting. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is very well located and easy to park in. The rooms were nice, clean and had comfortable beds. Bathroom was good. The whole town could use a remodel and uplift. But that said, the hotel was a good place to stay one night on our trip.

We didn't stay much in this hotel but it has a very convenient location. Very beautiful views, breakfast was good and the room was good and great bathroom. Inverness is definitely worth your time!

The Glenmoriston Hotel is fabulous! Staff are exceptional and the location is perfect! The meals prepared by the chef and staff are superb! The room was clean and also had 2 USB chargers we used for our cell phones (Canadian) so we didn't always need to use our converter. If you plan on staying at the Glenmoriston, you need to be aware that there is noise transfer between rooms due to the historic nature of the building. Once patrons realize this, it does quiet down so sleeping is not a problem. Shout outs to the following staff: Lisa (checkin); Diego, Sophie and Megan (restaurant) and Kieran (bartender).
