« J'ai passé une semaine agréable à Woodspring Suites Minneapolis Airport. Le studio était propre, la literie confortable, l'emplacement calme. Le personnel est très réactif et à l'écoute. Je vous le recommande! »

« Check in was smooth, but the elevator and hallway of floor 2 were very smelly, sort of a mixture of cigarettes, weed, and stale humans. Thankfully the room was clean and odourless. Pool area did not have towels, but we went later in the evening so it was not too surprising. One of the two hot tubs was out of order and roped off, the hot tub that was available was clean and HOT. Did not get in the pool, but it looked clean and there was a family happily playing in the water together....

« Nous avions une chambre donnant sur deux routes à forte circulation et la chambre était très bruyante malgré la fenêtre fermée. Le couloir était très éclairé même la nuit et la porte laissait passer un éclairage important dans la chambre. Dans la chambre d'a côté, il y avait un chien qui jappait de temps en temps au moment de s'endormir. »

« Our room was perfect!! We had a nice big hot tub, hot water never ran out which is always a big plus lol. Room was clean and hotel was quiet. We left before breakfast so I don't know how good or bad it was. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Staff very friendly »

« No hotel was dirty and poorly lit. It felt unsafe. The hot tub that i was told was working was taped off. You could smell smoke in the hallways. I could hear someone playing music with loud base and the room its self was dirty none of the lights were plugged in and furniture waa moved away from the wall where there was trash. »

« The staff was not present and there was no bell to announce your presence as a customer. Eventually he appeared and gave me a key. The place smelt of smoke. The room was nice and quaint and even had a stove. But later after inspection there was no remote + no hand soap. We had to get those at the front desk. Other than that the stay was fine. Except in the early morning I was picking up the room ready to check out and there was a WORM on one of the hotel towels. The breakfast was fine, but when...

« This hotel feels neglected. First of all, the third floor reeked of marijuana. It wasn't just a touch, but a stench that was overwhelming and suffocating. In the room, the paint in the bathroom was peeling. On the floor, tiles were damaged and cracked. There were also multiple mystery stains on our walls too. I will not be staying here again. »

« What was irritating is that I had to pay to park when I was staying there. I can see if I was just using you as a extended park lot, but I was staying there. I will never use your place again. »
