"Shuttle staff helpful & friendly, but wasn't 100% sure where to meet as it was our first time being picked up. Front counter staff knowledgeable, but difficult to interact with. Entry was dirty with snow salt so not a good first impression. Room TV needed maintenance, but was fixed quickly."

"I would not recommend staying at this hotel. It is absolutely not worth the money. The overall appearance of the hotel is disappointing, the bathrooms are dirty, and the rooms do not feel clean at all. On top of that, several things throughout the hotel simply don’t work. At one point we were stuck in the elevator for about 20 minutes. When we reported it to the front desk, there was no apology and no attempt to make up for the inconvenience. We asked if there was any type of voucher or compensation for the situation and were told they had nothing to offer. While we were speaking with the concierge, other guests were also complaining about the elevators not working properly, and it didn’t seem like the staff were taking those concerns seriously. The food at the restaurant was actually good, but unfortunately the service was not. Our server, Dion, was not very pleasant. We waited nearly two hours for our burgers, while two other families who arrived after us (a total of eight people) received their food within about 30 minutes. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. We originally booked our stay through Monday, but we decided we would rather take the financial loss and leave early than continue staying here. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else and no I don’t want your apology and I don’t consider giving this hotel another chance!"
