I reached out to VRBO and the owner, VRBO automotive system hung up on me and the owner did not respond to my message but emailed only when I did not have WiFi (for I was standing in the apartment building). I ended up getting a hotel rooms for my family and no one is refunding me the money for this apartment! Very disappointed and frustrated especially being 3 days before...

"Out of the past three visits I've made to Detroit, this has been my favorite stay! Check-in was straightforward and easy, and the room was in a good location - I could easily get to where I needed to go via Uber/Lyft at an affordable price (10-15). Everything was clean and organized, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Also, as a solo female traveler, I felt safe. At no point did I feel uncomfortable. Check-out was also straightforward and smooth. I would recommend this stay for other solo...

"What an amazing space!! Be aware that the loft is on the 4th floor with no elevator and street parking was not available due to construction. If those conditions are of no concern to you (as they were not for me) then you’ll enjoy your stay. Host was communicative and helpful.
