Staff were fine. Had food poising from the hotel restaurant. Room initially put in was absolutely disgusting with flood from leaking water from toilet pipe and door handles broken and even the main door not closing properly.! Did raise this with reception staff but felt like they were disinterested. Didn’t do anything much until asked to speak to manager! One of the staff was helpful Kareema.

8.4/10 Very good! (976 reviews)
Our family of four, including two young children (3yo and 1yo), had a wonderful time at this hotel. The suite room was spacious and comfortable, and the daily cleaning staff refreshed our bedding and towels. The hotel staff throughout the resort was incredibly helpful and great with kids. Cash is easy to exchange at the hotel reception for a reasonable rate (lower than ATM or nearby exchange but convenient)
The beach and ocean views were beautiful, and the weather was perfect for enjoying the outdoor pools. While the outdoor pools were unheated, the warm weather made swimming a joy. The indoor heated pool was also great for the kids, especially on overcast days or when we wanted to avoid the sun.
The food options were diverse and delicious, but there was a slight issue. The restaurant closed for dinner between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., which was not ideal for our young children who would usually be asleep by 7:30 p.m. The snacks after breakfast and lunch were mostly reheated leftovers, which wasn’t the best.
To avoid these issues, we used Glovo to order food and groceries for our kids when it wasn’t available at the resort. The front desk and security staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with taxi drivers and setting up excursions where the taxi driver would wait for us.

Overall, my experience was okay. The bartender at the swimming pool was very sweet and professional; I believe her name was Nisrine, Hdan, another bartender, and Towel service guys, If I remember well, Youssef & Ayoub, the staff was very attentive and provided excellent service. The night staff as well at the upstairs lounge were friendly and welcoming.
However, I will mention that you definitely need to dedicate someone to bussing the tables at the swimming pool area, as I had to ask several times to have glasses on our table cleared.
