« It is just BEST hotel to stay at in Ruidoso, New Mexico. So clean and private. Staff goes over and beyond!! I will be back!! »

« The hotel was clean and well stocked with towels, Kleenex and bath soap. The breakfast was amazing, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, make your own waffles…cereals, coffee, juice etc. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful. »

« Decor magnifique, peinture, arts,antiquités déjeuner excellent. Coté négatif trop froid dans la chambre, manquait d'eau chaude »

« The room booked through expedia was not available. We were downgraded to the old rooms without compasation. When I realized it I insisted but no more rooms like ours were available. What's more, the rooms are dirty and noisy. »

« Superbe chambre, très propre, très spacieuse et joliment decorée. Hôtel très sympa. Nous n'avions que 2 serviettes pour 4 et c'était tres faible en papier toilette. Nous n'en avions plus dès le soir et pas un rouleau d'avance. Nius avons dû utiliser des mouchoirs. »

« Chambre et salle de bain super propres. C’est vraiment agréable. Le lit est très confortable. Le personnel est bienveillant. Je suis arrivée trempée (je suis à moto) et la femme à l'accueil m’a donné de quoi me sécher. »

« It was really great except the a/c was not working in the lobby areas and the elevator was broken so we had to use stairs to our 2nd floor room. Breakfasts were great! Perfect variety each morning. Staff extremely nice and friendly. »

« We had to change rooms as the air conditioning wasn't working; in the next room, it took a long time to get it working… there was a lot of noise at night because of the trains under the window… breakfast lacked quality products: no fruit juice, no yogurt, no cookies… just a small amount of cornflakes… »

« The lighting in the suite was erratic, there was very little light in the shower and the shower head barely worked. But I must say the building itself is really cool »

« The bed was very clean. No bugs in room. Door does lock. Fridge and microwave present however did not verify if it works. However the shower was moldy, and the noise coming off of the highway is very loud. The room is spacious but dated. Works great for a few hours of sleep. Never mind the sign in the lobby lol 😂. Basically says “stay your own risk”. »

« It was good they were doing renovations so a little stuff out of place and we had a small leak above one of the beds »

« Nice place for an overnight stay. Property is relatively new but some worn scraps and scratches on the furniture and walls. There’s a train that runs close by but not terribly loud. »

« Problem with the air system. Got right on it and resolved quickly. »
