We booked a family stay at the hotel but due to a last minute issue that denied the family boarding, we had to cancel our stay literally a few hours before we were supposed to arrive. We contacted the hotel as sson as we could and even though they were not obliged to refund our money, they did so in full and without any delay or fuss. These days this represents exceptional customer service and we are grateful to the Kremlin Palace for stepping up when our family holiday was ruined at the last minute.

Good hotel with all kind of activities, foods and drinks that you can imagine. The pools and beach are great.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Concord, the all inclusive was especially good, food and drink all day with no limits on time or brand of drink.

Everything in the best conditions 👍 Overall, we had a great vacation. The swimming pools were amazing, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the nightly shows were very entertaining. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The resort is wonderful overall, though the rooms could benefit from a little modernization to match the quality of the rest of the property. With that improvement, the experience would be even better. Despite this, we had a wonderful time and would gladly consider visiting again.

Great stay overall, though connecting with the team proved challenging. The property advertised all-inclusive amenities, yet this covered only free water and ice cream—not the premium varieties.
