The room was clean and staff was was excellent the spa was very good and pool was amazing however the fan in the toilet didn’t work and the bath sometime wouldn’t stop after closing but the hotel was amazing and worth comming back to

My wife and I spent several days here. I like to start out with the good stuff. The location, in old town is great. Walking distance to everything. The hotel. To start, its not a 5 star hotel in any stretch of the imagination. Maybe 3 star at best. Rooms are tiny, nothing fancy here.. No space for any of your personal items in the bathroom on the vanity in the deluxe rooms. switched to a family room (2 beds) and it had much more room.. or as much as you were going to get at this hotel. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was just OK. Nothing special, cold creamy eggs, no sausage, bacon, etc. YES the view is nice! So, in the end, set your expectations down to a 3 star hotel, with some of the smallest rooms you've ever stayed in, and you will be just fine!

The worst hotel we stayed in this trip. The hotel is old, nothing historic though. The staff are not friendly. Rooms are small. I would never stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was excellent, with comfortable rooms, great facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you to Sertac, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. His outstanding service made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
