The room was well-appointed and the fully-tiled bathroom was beautiful—with a double sink, a large and fast-filling tub with separate controls for overhead shower and hose heads, plus separate WC with a bidet. Views of Gran Via from the dining room were amazing and the views from the terraces were beyond amazing. There is a small bar at the terrace level with three or four separate comfortable indoor spaces for afternoon coffee or cocktails if the terraces are too chilly. Central location is busy (think Times Square, with iconic Schweppes building as the Jumbotron) with super-easy access to multiple (3?) Metro lines. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend this hotel!!

This apartment had everything a family with young kids can ask for. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment (with an additional sofa bed in the living room), traveling with an infant and a toddler. The living room was extremely spacious and well designed. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked, extra towels and endless pillows available in closet. The daily cleaning offered by Hyatt was a godsend. The bedrooms were very sound proof and luxurious with lots of amenities. The only thing I didn't love was that the 2nd bedroom had a single bed, which was not ideal for co sleeping with toddler. The location is in a nice neighborhood but it's a 15 min transit to the central tourist areas/sites to see, and a several minutes walk to local restaurants. So if you're traveling with young kids, be prepared with a stroller and carrying kids for several minutes as you navigate transit. We did find the transit stations such as the metro and the bus to be quite accessible for the stroller. It helps to have the tap to pay with credit card option. Kids under 4 ride free (as of writing of this review).

"The price I paid for 2 nights was not worth the experience. First, the room was right above the cafe below and the walls are so thin you could hear them moving chairs across the floor well into the night. One of the nights, there were a few young people/kids staying who kept running around the hallways, ..."
