Imbert Vacation Packages

I traveled with my family and we were supposed to stay for two nights, but we left after the first night because our experience was so disappointing. The resort is not accessible for people with disabilities. We were told that golf carts could only be used by members, and when I explained to customer service that my father is unable to walk long distances, I was told that we would need to purchase a membership to receive that service. That was unacceptable. There were also several issues with our room. The air conditioning was not working properly, the refrigerator door would not close, and the coffee maker did not work. When we tried calling customer service, no one answered the phone. Our room keys also stopped working, and I had to go to the front desk twice to have them reprogrammed. It was not because they were near my phone. We also heard other guests complaining that they had no lights in their rooms at all, which made it clear that maintenance problems were affecting more than just our room. After one of the shows, we had to wait about an hour for the shuttle because there were so many people waiting and the service was extremely slow. The buffet was another disappointment. We had to wait in a long line, and many food items were not refilled in a timely manner. Overall, this was a terrible experience for my family. We were so dissatisfied that we decided to leave a day early. I would not recommend this resort, especially for anyone traveling with an elderly fami

Room was clean, we stayed in room 2112… looked good. Front desk staff, need some attention, very bad, rude staff… House keeping staff, amazing, awesome very friendly. Buffet staff was great. Now the Bell man who helped us up to the room very rude, had to carry my own bags, what’s the sense having these rude people at the property who drive business away…. Make sure you go in as VIP, otherwise don’t even bother…. The staff will treat you like very low class… I think CEO need to go undercover at this his facility for sure… extremely unfriendly staff at the front desk and the bell hop….. Not saying everyone is, the once’s who treated us amazing, we tipped them respect… please do something about the attitude there.. this was enough for us at this resort…

Mi experiencia no fue tan buena esperaba algo mejor el primer día no había comida y el segundo día tuve que hacer una fila extremadamente grande para comer todo queda lejos hay la espera algo mejor, no me gustó

Very Pricey didnt get access to good restaurantes and to many amenities far from the good places not impress would not invest in the presidencial suites at Life style again poor Quality for soo much money great staff hard working people

I can see that male staff can’t control behaviour to female guest, training staff is a most if hotel want to grow up. I’m very disappointed because I called my taxi and staff in the front door don’t allow him to in and didn’t want to us to get in to the taxi.. push me to take the taxi that they want… As a guest we have the rights to choose our own taxi and the hotel have to give me all the facilities to get it..
