"This is a lovely villa set all on one level which is ideal for families. Lovely outside space with pool, nice size rooms, comfy beds and brilliant location. Short stroll from resort reception, Praca, beach. Less than 5 mins from tennis centre. We will certainly be booking again. Philippa the owner could not have been more helpful with my various annoying questions and issues with the App (tip - use a PC not your mobile)."

"Really nice volla, thr hist was great and always replied to any queries veey fast. The outside area was lovely and spacious but it could do with some more umbrellas for shade. Nice area to stay and and lits of space inside. A few small upgrades would improve the villa, such as more comfortable pillows and extra shade in the garden. But they really arent big problem's and we had a lovely stay. Thank you to our host!"

"We had a fabulous time during our stay in Tavira. The villa is ideally located 3 minutes walk to the Gran Tavira shopping centre with a huge Continente supermarket open from 08:00 - 22:00 every day. It is only a 20 minute walk into town but as it was very hot when we were there we took Uber into town and got a local taxi back. All very easy and all the drivers were very friendly. "Pictures don’t do the villa justice. Lovely and comfortable, very clean. Communication with Don prior to and whilst staying was very quick. The villa has a new kitchen which was amazing so much so that I want a new kitchen! Would love to stay again but already booked up for next year."

"Property was still being prepared 2hours late Property was non smoking but stank of smoke (previous guests?, cleaners?) Pool was full of flies so had to clean myself. Marble surface in the kitchen was cracked and we were told no to use it, so didn’t have a functioning kitchen for the visit. Only bedding was a thin blanket or a stained duvet without a cover so had to but our own bedding on arrival. The smaller items we would expect weren’t provided such as mirrors in bedroom, or dishcloths in...

"The villa was modern, spacious and had everything you need for a great holiday. It was excellent value and Valter was so helpful with all my questions beforehand. We liked the fact that it was rural, so quiet and peaceful but at the same time a short car ride from the airport and and easy to visit Olhao, Fuzeta beach and Tavira. We had a wonderful time and hope to return next year. Can't recommend it highly enough. Many thanks."

"We arrived at the villa and were met by Joao who was very helpful. The villa itself is stunning and spacious and the surroundings are beautiful. There were a lot of dogs barking and cockerels doing their earl morning chorus but that was a part of being in the countryside. Preferable to road noise! Everything was positive apart from the annoying wasps. Be sure to take spray. The other really important thing is to ensure that you have a car. The villa is in the middle of nowhere which is lovely...

"Villa location was ideal for the golf, the “old village” and was presented clean and tidy. However the pool furniture was old and mis matched. Air conditioning was effective and simple. Could do with updating."

"Booked a studio apartment last minute for 3 nights. Smart hotel, good security. Very friendly staff. Lovely pools as well as an indoor pool. Comfortable outdoor area. Spacious well equipped room, we did end up in a disabled room despite full fitness! Did feel if you were disabled there was only a shower over the bath which was quite high to get into, not a problem for us though. Had a nice meal in the lovely restaurant. Good parking. "
