« The H&H Motor Lodge in Idaho Springs is very comfortable, clean, and reasonably priced. My only criticism is that the evening desk attendant could be a bit more cordial to incoming guests, but perhaps he was pretty tired and ready to get off from work. I didn't arrive until about 10 pm. »

« The hotel was near an array of restaurants. The staff was very friendly, and the room was large, neat, and well-appointed. We had some difficulty finding the place after dark -- it's an historic property and so doesn't have prominent signage or lighting capable of advertising itself. « Beautiful cabin with porch overlooking creek in mountains! Skylights look up to mountain peaks. 4 bedrooms with bunks in 1 room, plenty of space. Hot tub was great at end of day. Can’t rate skiing nearby because we didn’t ski this trip. Close enough to Denver and red rocks, relaxing Indian Hot Springs. Had everything we needed fkr a great get away. It is about 5 miles from town so secluded if that’s what you’re looking for. »

« We had a wonderful stay and gave our experience 5 stars! There are a couple of suggestions: the top bunk was not super clean. My teenage girl would not sleep up there. The traffic from the construction going up the mountain was intense. A heads up would have been appreciated. But, if we have to be stopped for 45 minutes in a traffic line, glad it's in the beautiful mountains! Doggie bags for dog poop would be a good amenity. We had some and used them, but just a suggestion. We will stay...
