My stay was very good! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was just as expected. I would definitely stay here again.

Was is a great location in uptown. Literally a few hundred feet from the spectrum stadium. Didnt realize I’d have to pay for Parking in a separate lot or pay $55/day for valet. The check in and bar were on the 12th floor so kind of strange walking in the building and not seeing anyone. Room was just ok. Kind of small, Concrete walls. The bathroom was nice but the barn door wouldn’t stay closed. I guess you’re paying for the location but just an average place.

Overall, we had a very nice stay at Hilton Charlotte University Place. The property itself is beautiful, well maintained, and in a great location. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and welcoming throughout our visit — from check-in to any questions we had during our stay. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the bed was very cozy. However, we did notice quite a few hair strands on the bedding and in the bathroom upon arrival, which suggested the room may not have been cleaned as thoroughly as expected. That was disappointing given the otherwise high quality of the hotel. Overall, it was a good experience thanks to the friendly service and comfortable accommodations, but improved attention to housekeeping details would make it excellent.
