Short walk to pool, but not too close so you don’t hear the noise from it. All the kids there seem to really be having fun at the pool. I would rent again."

"I was impressed with my stay. It had a great layout with a fantastic covered patio. We never heard the neighbors. Our cell phone service was horrible there, unless we were connected to the Wi-Fi. My only complaint is the price of the cleaning fee especially because of the requests that were made for us to do prior to leaving. I don’t feel like I should have to do laundry and take out all the garbage. But over all, it was a great place to stay for the weekend."

"We had a pet emergency and didn't get to stay our full time at this site. We would have liked to stay longer. It was a little hard to find since it was on the top floor. Lots of steps to climb if you park in the garage. I wish the site had said something in the listing that they do not want the AC to go below 72 degrees. We usually sleep in 65 degree temperature."

"We had 9 people in our party and the home worked great. Easy access to the greater Zion area. Bedroom setup worked great. Beds are comfortable. Grocery and restaurants are nearby."

"We had a nice time staying here. Parking garage under the condo was big enough for our full size suv. Duel pool and hot tub (inside and outside) worked great for privacy. We had an issue with our grill on the first day of our stay and the red sands team brought a new grill over a before dinner time. Everyone was happy with our stay"

"The townhome had everything we needed. We came down for a quick mountain bike trip. Location was great and we loved the pool and hot tub after a long day of riding. My only complaint is that the townhome was a little dirty. Lots of the dishes we used were dirty so I had to wash them before we could use them. our feet were also sticking to the floor in the kitchen. The upstairs bathtub was also dirty and the shower curtain needs to be replaced because it is disgusting! Other than that we enjoyed...

"We always wanted to see Zion and St George and this location was perfect to go to both! The place was clean and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was furnished and we needed propane for the bbq. We called and they brought propane to us. Overall we loved Southern Utah and would definitely do it all over again!!"

"Loved this property! Huge condo, very high end furnishings, incredibly well equipped. Gorgeous pool, hot tub, private patio with gas grill and outdoor fireplace, easy parking. Also provided free pass to Zion national park, only 45 min commute away. Private and quiet property, gas station next door for basics. Walmart only 15 min drive away for groceries. We would stay here again! Our only critique, a few squeaky doors need WD-40. Far exceeded our expectations. "

"The area is great and so is the property, as long as you don’t mind stairs. Unfortunately I didn’t realize that and it wasn’t great for some of the people staying with us, that don’t walk well. As for the actual place, it was built in the early 2000’s and was well appointed for that time. Travertine flooring throughout and granite countertops. According to my smartwatch I slept better than I sleep at home as well. My only real complaints were the tv in the master bedroom (a 32” 20 year old tv),...

"Hot tub was clean and ready to use. Backyard was comfortable. Spacious condo and lots of space for more than one family. Bunk beds are roomy for 6 children/adults. We enjoyed the large family room/kitchen also. Beds were all comfortable."
