It is only a few minutes away from marinas, golf courses, the Cedar Point Sports Force Complex, water parks, Cedar Point Amusement park, and the Lake Erie Islands. Enjoy views of Lake Erie with your morning coffee on the front pourch and end your nights by the fire pit in the private back yard. Just wanted to enjoy looking at the water that is pictured in this listing. If a permit is needed, I would suggest having one in the rental to use. Otherwise no complaints. The carpet upstairs is very stained or dirty and the beds sag in the middle. All pillows on all beds were flat and need to be replaced. The whole place just needs a good cleaning. Baseboards are dirty, blinds need cleaned, drawers in the bedrooms were dirty, refrigerator and freezer were dirty, the tile behind the sink in the bathroom had toothpaste splatters and the floor mat as a tub mat just doesn’t work to absorb water. ##### Amanda S. Perfect size for what we needed. It was clean and was very well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. The location was perfect with a short walk through a park to get to the beach.
