« Decent place to rest your head. Close to the park which is nice. Quiet neighborhood. Pet friendly. Host responded quickly to questions. We were supposed to check in no earlier than 4. Property mgmt. called and asked what time we'd get there and I told them 4:30. We arrived right at that time and the cleaning lady was still there. We killed time for a half hour then waited in the drive til she was done. Go in at 5pm. It's decently clean. However, there was no toilet paper anywhere to be found....

« Communication with the host was virtually non-existent. The host did not provide a check-in email until I had to call the VRBO ask that they intercede in communicate with the host. We waited outside of the rental for nearly 20 minutes trying to figure the situation out. The host eventually emailed the door code and check in information. I had messaged the host days before asking about check-in cuz I had not received any information via email and no response. The rental itself was in good shape...

« We enjoyed our stay at this location. Pre-arrival communication was vague, and we were not provided with check in insturctions. House is older with older plumbing. No problems with water pressure or hot water though. One of the bedrooms did not have a window air conditioner or a ceiling fan, so it was rather hot. Beautiful location on Lake Erie and we enjoyed lake views and sitting on the deck. »
