"After my trip I’d still give this hotel one of the best ratings out of all that I’ve experienced. This trip is the worst I’ve had. My room didn’t get cleaned during my 4 day 3 night visit. We were told we were on the list but didn’t know why it didn’t happen, even though we double checked before heading out for the day. The pool was unusable, as it was probably all a blistering 45 degrees. I don’t have children but it’s always a first in my preferences as I love to relax in the water. Other than those two flaws, I’d still give this stay a solid 4/5."

"Breakfast was good, but the selection was not huge. The room was great and the bed was nice. The facility was clean. We had a misunderstanding with the booking but the staff helped us get it done. They were not able to print my receipt though, which was inconvenient. "

"The room was filthy, soda sprayed all over the ceiling and smoke detector. No drain stop in bath tub for baths. We woke up to absolutely NO water in the room. The bed was covered in plastic so everytime you moved it made a wretched sound. The "desk chair" was absolutely disgusting."
