Huntington Vacation Packages

An older motel a block away from the waterfront and a short drive to the Graham Bell Museum. Besides not being totally cleaned, (there was a drink ring on the night stand) the plumbing needed attention. The taps seemed to scream and the hot water took a long time to get there. No breakfast was offered this early in the season. There was a restaurant in the hotel across the street.

Good assortment of items. Some could have been warmer

No shoes allowed from the front door throughout the hotel. So take some slippers!! The owner makes you feel like you are invading here space and makes you feel like her time is more important than the customers time. There are lots of rules and $100 potential fine if you make a sound or wear your shoes. The owner can be quite sarcastic . Lastly She was upset by the amount paid. I booked online so they set the price not me.

Friendly clean and efficient. No problem storing luggage while I roamed around the town. Genuinely warm staff. Cheers D

We had booked in to the Baddeck Domes for our stay but they were not finished being built. This was very disappointing for us. The owner made it right by giving us a full refund for the Domes. We then stayed in the Baddeck motel. The room was tiny, there was mold on the curtains, but the beds were clean and comfortable enough. It looks like they may be doing some renovations on the motel. The staff was the best part of the stay.
