"The Manchester is so very unique and beautifully designed. The staff was over the top appreciative and helpful. Manny was our driver from the hotel and was more than helpful. The Manchester is pet friendly and we’re happy to see our little furry animals. Parking was fabulous and it’s just outside Main Street Lexington so no problem with crazy traffic or parking. only about five minutes from Rupp Arena so perfect location."

"Location was amazing. Walkable to most downtown sites, bars, restaurants... It was a weekend so street parking was available for free and there as spots around the hotel. Fire pit outside was a nice place to sit and chat. Will definitely stay again. The only thing is that the lotion and conditioner bottles in the room were empty."

"The folks at Elwood showed true Southern hospitality—polite, hardworking, and respectful from the minute we walked in. No nonsense, just good old-fashioned service that made us feel welcome like we belonged. Room was clean, bed comfortable, everything in order and cozy enough to rest well after a full day. Solid place all around, no complaints. If you’re in Lexington—whether for the track, bourbon, or just passing through—this is the spot. We’ll be back. Strongly recommend."

"I stayed for a long weekend to do the bourbon trail. The property is located perfectly in the heart of restaurants, nightlife. Easy access to the freeway, or to get to distillery row. Will absolutely stay again if I come into Lexington."

"Wow did we feel like we hit the lottery here! Hotel checked all the boxes for us AND we got to go to a UK football game while we were in town. The shuttle has a stop right a crossed the street from the hotel!! This was an unexpected BONUS for us!! There were several good food options within walking distance as well. "

"Staff was great! Breakfast was good. Rooms were very nice, bed was very comfortable, and the walk in shower was fantastic. I would suggest putting an extra over head light in the sitting area of the suite rooms. A little on the dark side, but still works great. And maybe a mirror over the desk as an additional "getting ready" place sonce the vanity is on the small side. Just a couple of suggestions, but the hotel was great. "

"Love staying here when visiting Lexington! This particular stay, we were upgraded to the presidential suite. What a fabulous surprise! We love the Campbell House. Great location if you have a student at UK or just in town for a horse race. "

"Was no towels, only 2 small hand towels and 1 wash cloth. Went to front desk to ask for towels, and was told housekeeping would have to give them to me the next day. I had to check out that next morning though and housekeeping didnt arrive until checkout time. Was very upset and probably will not return based on this incident. This is the second time I stayed here and the first time was as bad if not worse, the first time the shower head flew off and hit me in the face. "

"Super clean. Convenient to a brand new Kroger and there’s a Starbucks within walking distance. KY Horse Park is a 12 minute beautiful drive."
