Great value for stay in Lexington. Everything you need to for an extended stay too. I needed a room after the airport ran out of rental cars and they provided a great place to stay!

Room was very dirty. I had to buy cleaners and clean the bathtub and toilet as there was pee all over the toilet. They also left the previous customers towels hanging on the back of the door. The floors were filthy so I also hand washed the floors. They’ve added newer Reno’s to the hotel which are fine very well, but it’s very dirty.

WORST EVER!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. Drug use all over the property. People screaming and fighting on the phones from their rooms. Someone was threating to shoot someone else. We left immediately and asked for a refund. DIRTY property, not up kept, garbage everywhere. Trash all over the property.

I got a respiratory infection from their nasty a/c units not being maintained and right next to a freeway that's under construction. My room smelled like cigars, and not in a good way. They still haven't refunded the $50 deposit and do not answer their phones.

When we checked in and got to our room, it was occupied. When we told the people at the front desk they said that happens sometimes and people get into the rooms. When I said that I didn’t know how I would feel safe there and is there a chance someone will come into my room he said “well it’s up to you if you want to stay here or not” Not empathetic or friendly response. We decided to stay since it was so late and we already paid for the room. There was quite a bit of outside noise all evening. The next morning when I needed coffee to get going for the drive-there was only decaf coffee. Omg! Stay here with caution!⚠️

They’re Renovating the hotel.. I ended up with a fully renovated room and the price was good. It’s the not the fanciest hotel and the outside could use a touch up but the renovated room makes up for it. There’s a lot a Kroger walking distance.

Large dumpster full of construction trash and regular trash outside my door. Roaches crawling up the wall inside the room. People partying all night in the parking lot. Had to put down a $50 deposit for “possible room damage”

$82 for a room for 1 night, and the sink was clogged- unusable. A week later I made the mistake of staying again for a night and the tv didn’t work. Also I had to pay a $50 deposit for the trouble. I wouldn’t recommend this motel to anyone.

These suites are refurbished Motel 6 rooms. The renovations were thoughtful, especially the large frig and microwave, storage areas, and bathroom - the shower curtain was so new it still had creases in it. The lighting and power stations for charging devices were also a plus. The one down side was that the moisture level in the room was really high (which brought out a mixture of renovation, mildew, and old smoke smells), but thankfully the new AC units also have a "Dry" setting that allows you to dehumidify the room; this improved the smell and the dampness. The staff was great - had some issues with the key/door lock programming that they promptly fixed.

My group and I checked in at 3pm and we decided to go to dinner at 8:30 and when we returned from dinner at 10:30 all my belongings had been removed from my room. I went to the front desk and management apologized for the confusion. They neglected to show that I was actually in the room in their system. He returned my belongings. As I was taking inventory of things, I discovered that my expensive cologne was not with my items. I called the front desk and the manager was gone. The next morning I immediately went to the office and asked to speak to someone in charge and explained my situation. She said no one was available. I expressed that I would report this incident and that my friends and I would finish packing up and I’d return. When I returned my cologne had reappeared. She said the manager stopped by to drop it back off. Yes, he had taken my cologne. I felt so violated

The place is undergoing renovations so it should shut down while being renovated. The first key I got didn’t work. Then I was assigned another room that was already being used. The third room and key did not work either. The desk manager opened it with her key fob. The room was not occupied but the floors had foot prints from work pots going in and out. I told her I was not accepting that room and I left the property. I have asked for a refund since the hotel was not fit for the rating it has on reviews, This hotel could be in a scarey movie

We had to clean the bathroom, the vanity, the nite stand, the floor was dirty, there was wholes and stains in the sheets. Trash over flowing outside of our door. The steps are cracked and unsafe. We couldn't get a refund. There people hanging All over the property. The workers flooded multiple rooms and kept knocking on our door to check our water, they were rude and pushy I would rather stayed in a tent. I need a FULL REFUND. JAIL WAS BETTER THAN THIS PLACE! NEVER AGAIN
